Marion County has received 0.42 inches of precipitation in the past 24 hours. Which brings the rainfall total this month to 10.53 inches; breaking yet another daily rainfall record. In order to set a rainfall record for the month, Marion County must receive a total of more than 12.79 inches or just over 2.26 inches more before the end of the month, that record was set back in 1935. Yesterday’s early morning storm caused the damage in these photos.
