Melcher-Dallas will be hosting their annual Coal Miner’s Day celebration today. Several events are planned that include a live music, rock climbing wall, games for children and mutton busting, just to name a few. Organizer Lori Goff says it’s a great event where the community really comes together. She says with a beautiful warm day in the forecast she invites everyone to come check out all the entertainment that will be available, reunite with old friends and meet new ones. Festivities begin with the parade along Main Street at 11am.
