The Knoxville City Council will hold a special meeting Monday evening. Items on the agenda include the appointments of David Myers and Kevin Rodgers to the Fire and Rescue Department, awarding of a demolition contract for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and consideration of resolution establishing certain cemetery fees. The meeting will be held at 5:30pm in the council chamber of the Knoxville City Hall.
