Knoxville’s new pocket park will officially be dedicated in July. Park Designer Harv Sprafka tells KNIA/KRLS news a dedication celebration for the park, which will be named Brooks Garden, will be held on Saturday July 24th. Sprafka says representatives from financial supporters Trees Forever, Trees Please and the Knoxville Heritage Foundation are being invited to take part in the celebration along with city officials and friends and family of honorees Dave and Stephanie Brooks. The dedication will begin at 11am at the park located on Roche Street between East Marion and West Main.
