The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session Monday evening. Items on the agenda include swearing in of Chad DesPlanque as a reserve police officer, consideration of approval for purchase and installation of a new grit classifier for the wastewater treatment plant, approval of geotechnical services for the 2011 equalization basin project, discussion of storm sewer improvements at Graceland Cemetery, and approval of a revision to the agreement with Habitat for Humanity of Marion County. The meeting will take place at 6:15pm Monday in the council chambers of the Knoxville City Hall.
