Perseverance would be one way to describe Knoxville Baseball’s season this year. The Panthers not only came from behind in many of their games, but as everybody had to deal with was the weather especially in June when usually the heart of the season is played. Coach Steve Mott was happy with out his team handled everything. He adds that is not enough games to get a good hold on how the team is improving. Plus he adds when you practice inside a team is limited on what it can do. Knoxville finished 25-10 on the season and lost to Charles City in the class 3A semi-finals.
