Knoxville’s football schedule has a few new additions in 2010. Week one does not change as P-C-M will help the Panthers user in the Troy Rider era with a home game in Ken Locke Stadium. Pella is still on the scheduled but it now a rare week two non-district contest for the two Marion County rivals. The rest of the schedule except for two teams are new to the schedule. A-D-M, Saydel, Perry, Dallas Center-Grimes…and Newton which comes down from 4A to play in class 3A. Coach Troy Rider says the district does not have any team that can dominate and feels Knoxville can be right in the hunt for a postseason bid.
