Melcher-Dallas is one of many local football teams that will hold a scrimmage this Friday. The Saints will give their first public appearance to the fans at seven on the football field. Coach Ryan Conrad says the first week of practice went well, however the coaching staff had to modify practice a little last week due to the hot and humid weather. Also, during Friday night’s scrimmage there will be a player auction. Fans can bid on a player for up to four hours of work. All money will go to the Melcher-Dallas Booster Club.
