As we reported earlier Pella volleyball is loaded with talent this season returning 10 senior players, but as is always the case it takes more than talent to be successful on and off the court. Coach Bob Fessler says with that many talented players, it’s important that they understand their roles and accept those roles in order for any of their goals to be met. He says that team unity is big and so far he’s been very impressed with how the girls have embraced that and understand that if everybody is not on the same page and putting the team first it really doesn’t matter how talented you are.
