A mass of Christian Burial for Geneva M. Galeazzi age 88 of Knoxville formerly of Melcher-Dallas will be Wednesday September 22 at 10:30 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Melcher-Dallas. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with a Vigil Service at 8:00 PM. Internment in the Sacred HEart Cemetery. Geneva was preceded in death by her husband Gene in 1974; and siblings: Norbert Bauer, Duane Bauer, and Marjorie Jacobs. She is survived by her children: JoAnn (Michael Humphreys of Cumming, Dennis (Nancy) Galeazzi of Des Moines, Rebecca (Phil) Nolte of Knoxville, Carol (Steve) Ross of Altoona, Dave Galeazzi of Des Moines, Linda (Keith) Winkleman of Greenfield, and Mike (Tamara) Galeazzi of Ankeny. 16 Grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; and a sister Louise Schneider of West Des Moines. Pierschbacher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
