The A-M-A Pro Flat Track motorcycle races at the Knoxville Raceway were rained out yesterday and have now been cancelled and will not be rescheduled according to the Knoxville Raceway. Raceway officials added that the track would not be ready in time yesterday to get it race ready. For fans who purchased tickets for the event, they can send for a refund. While the motorcycle event was washed out the season continues at the Knoxville Raceway next weekend with the Seventh Annual Lucas Oil Late Model Nationals beginning September 29th-October first.
