One of the biggest chiropractic problems that people are experiencing today is known as Computer Neck. Dr. Russ Van Hemert tells KNIA/KRLS News that it’s very important to sit with good posture when using the computer to avoid back and neck pain. Van Hemert says that its important to take breaks every 30-45 minutes and do plenty of stretching during the day if you are sitting for long periods of time.
