IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO NINE CALLS FOR SERVICE. Including but not limited to one report of livestock in the roadway, one neighbor dispute, one vehicle unlock, one property damage accident, two reports of intoxicated persons, and three other calls.

THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING SEVENTEEN SUBJECTS.

IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS SUBJECTS WERE BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL; Julie Ann Baylor charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st. Randall Clay Rife charged with Public Intoxication and Domestic Assault with Injury.

AS WITH ANY CRIMINAL CASE, A CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND A DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY
