The Melcher-Dallas boys and girls basketball teams made the trip to Humeston Tuesday night for a girl/boy doubleheader. Mormon Trail used smothering defense in the girls contest to hold the Lady Saints to just four second half points, en route to a 41-12 victory. Delaney Jensen led Melcher-Dallas with 7 points. The Lady Saints are now 2-7 on the season.

The Melcher-Dallas boys, on the other hand, got a measure of revenge with a 64-41 win. With the victory, Melcher-Dallas is 4-2.
