The Knoxville Girls Basketball Squad will get in some time against other teams during the Holiday Break this Friday with a scrimmage with Pleasantville and Lynnville-Sully. Coach Jim Utiermarkt says the three teams have held a scrimmage for the last few seasons during the break and this season Knoxville hosts it. Utiermarkt says the goal this season is to get better and generally everything they do, and add a few more wrinkles to the playbook. He adds this season, it has been a little slower in installing all of the offense, but hopes after the New Year the girls will be improved and ready to start the remainder of the season.
