Today is the final chance to take care of several items of business this week as many local, state and national offices will be closed for the New Year’s holiday. The Knoxville and Pella City Halls and Chamber of Commerce offices will be closed all day today. They will resume regular business hours on Monday. In addition, mail will not be delivered and all post offices and area banks will be closed Saturday and reopen Monday morning as well.
