The Knoxville Wrestling Squad takes to the mats after a holiday break. Now if you ask any of the wrestlers it likely was not a “break.” According to Coach Eric Whitcome after a couple of days off for Christmas, they were hard at work doing two-a-day workouts. Whitcome says they got a lot of work done and hopes the extra mat-time in the wrestling room will be helpful especially tonight when the Panthers travel to Little Hawkeye Conference power Oskaloosa. Knoxville currently is 8-7 and 2-0 in the conference. While the Indians stumbled out of the gates early on at 2-5 and is currently 1-1 in the L-H-C.
