Knoxville is set to host Newton tonight in high school basketball. The girls have now put two wins back-to-back. Coach Jim Utiermarkt says one thing that the girls have been doing well consistently this season is breaking the press. Utiermarkt says that was evident in Friday’s win over Oskaloosa when the Panthers had several fast break points. The boys will try to stop a four game losing streak against a Cardinal team that Coach Clint Driftmier says has been getting better each year they have been in the conference.
