Coach Larry Hessing and the Eagles are preparing to host cross-town rival Pella on Friday. They will be attempting to win their 3rd consecutive game after wins over South Tama and Newton by a combined 63 points. Pella meanwhile, has won their last two games by a combined 68 points.

The Eagles are 6-2 on the year, with a 3-1 conference record. With a win, Pella Christian would leapfrog Pella in the Little Hawkeye Conference.
