The First United Methodist Church will be having Discovery Weekend January 22nd and 23rd. This a spiritual growth experience. They will be having dynamic guest speakers for these weekend services at 5:30 pm Saturday, 8:30 and 10:45 Sunday. The first week is “the power of prayer and spiritual growth with Jesus Christ”. Discovery groups of ten or less will meet one hour a week using the study guide “Spiritual Growth Insights from Mark’s Gospel”. These groups will help individuals discover the power of prayer with Jesus.
