IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO TEN CALLS FOR SERVICE. Including but not limited to four vehicle unlocks, one motorist assist, one vehicle fire, one report of a reckless driver, one report of an assault, and two property damage accidents.

THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING SEVEN SUBJECTS.

IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS FOUR SUBJECTS WERE BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL;
Brittany Kay Quirk charged with operating while intoxicated, open container in a motor vehicle, driving on wrong side of highway, and excessive speed.

Katina Marie Johnson charged with driving under suspension, operation without ignition interlock device, no insurance, and failure to obey traffic control device.

Megan Kathleen Comer charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts.

Colin Michael Tadlock charged with possession of a controlled substance.

AS WITH ANY CRIMINAL CASE, A CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND A DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY
