A memorial service for Geraldine Thelma Nelson, age 78 of Knoxville, will be held on Thursday, January 27th at 11:30 am at the Merle Hay Funeral Home, 4400 Merle Hay Road, in Des Moines. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be held in the spring at Chapel Hill Gardens in Des Moines.
