IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO NINE CALLS FOR SERVICE. Including but not limited to one return call, one motorist assist, one report of criminal mischief, one report of trespass, one report of animal neglect, one report of dogs running at large, one vehicle unlock, one report of an underage party, and one report of a reckless driver.

THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING SIXTEEN SUBJECTS.

IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS FIVE SUBJECTS WERE BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL;

Nicholas Kyle Delbert Ford charged with public intoxication and possession of alcohol underage.
Fred Waldon Slatton charged with operating while intoxicated, careless driving, failure to obey stop sign, and excessive speed.
Amy Lee B Olson charged with operating while intoxicated and possession of alcohol underage.
Corey Edwin Eisenmann charged with operating while intoxicated.
Ryan Lee McLeod charged with simple domestic abuse assault.

AS WITH ANY CRIMINAL CASE, A CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND A DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY
