At least three candidates will be interviewed by the Knoxville City Council and department heads later this month as they continue to search for a new City Manager. Current City Manager Dick Schrad, who is set to retire in April, tells KNIA/KRLS the council selected three candidates and possibly a fourth for interviews on March 25th and 26th. Schrad says the council will make a decision on a fourth candidate for interview this week.
