Funeral service for Virginia Hoy, age 95 of Oskaloosa, formerly of Bussey, will be held Friday at 10:30AM at Garland-Van Arkel-Langkamp Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa. Visitation begins Thursday at 11AM with family present from 5-7PM.
