Community members are invited to share any questions, comments or concerns they have with our local lawmakers at the first local legislative discussion of the year this afternoon.
State Senate Minority Leader Paul McKinley of Chariton and State Representative Jim Van Engelenhoven of Pella will meet with area residents to give them an update on the current legislative session and find out what issues matter most to Marion County residents.
McKinley encourages everyone to come out and voice their thoughts.
The discussion will take place at 4pm at the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce office and is open to the public.
