About two dozen people attended Saturday’s Legislative Coffee in Pella. State Senator Paul McKinley took questions from constituents on a variety of issues including regulatory authority of various state agencies like the Department of Natural Resources and also funding issues. The Pella League of Women Voters announced this would be the final Legislative coffee they would sponsor. Approximately a dozen people met with Senator Paul McKinley and Representative Jim Van Engelenhoven Friday in Knoxville. The primary topics of discussion were legislative redistricting and budget issues.
