Central College is hosting Iowa’s Impacting Diversity through Educational Alliances, or IDEA recruitment and retention summit tomorrow. The regional event will feature keynote speakers from several Iowa colleges and universities focused on topics civil rights laws, latinos in Iowa and using inclusive language. This year’s keynote speakers are Dr. Raynard Kington, President of Grinnell College, and Dr. Dwight Watson, Dean of the College of Education at the University of Northern Iowa.
