ON MAY 6 MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO TWELVE CALLS FOR SERVICE, including but not limited to one report of criminal mischief, one report of trespass, one report of livestock in the roadway, one motorist assist, one request to assist another county, two reports of debris in the roadway, and five vehicle unlocks.
THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING TWENTY TWO SUBJECTS.
ON MAY 6 NO SUBJECTS WERE BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL;
AS WITH ANY CRIMINAL CASE, A CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND A DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY
