As spring turns into summer, more and more people are finding their way to outdoor attractions around Marion County. Marla Mertz, County Naturalist, says there are countless activities to take part in this time of year, and visitors to the area have many options for extended stays. She says the Cordova Cabins tend to fill up quickly for weekends and holidays, but some weekly rentals are still available. She says as the weather warms up, campgrounds also tend to fill up in kind.
