The Pleasantville Fire Department and Knoxville Rural Fire Department responded to a fire at the trailer home at the 800 block of Highway G40 near Pleasantville at approximately 4:30 this morning. Crews were able to put out the fire quickly, and no injuries were reported. The fire reportedly started near the furnace room, and spread into the insulation underneath the trailer. The cause of the fire is under investigation. KNIA/KRLS will bring you more information as it becomes official.
