The same rain that watered down the Knoxville baseball field was too much for the Knoxville softball diamond to handle last night. In Assistant Coach Tim McCombs’ was it was quote “a soupy mess.” The Panthers had actually got off to a good start up 3-0 in the second inning. Both Knoxville and Grinnell will look to either resume the game or start over at the later date. Knoxville will host South Tama in a makeup game from Monday tonight at the Knoxville softball field.
