Michael Byron Abrahamson, from Williamson, Iowa, was sentenced yesterday to 20 years in prison for manufacturing methamphetamine. The ruling came from the Iowa District Court in Des Moines. The 45-year-old man was arrested in August after a search warrant at his residence led to the possession of items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine. He was found guilty of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine in February. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office was one of many law enforcement branches that helped investigated the case. Abrahamson will also have to serve 10 years of supervised release after his sentence is complete.
