County Attorney Ed Bull has filed a motion asking that the state’s witnesses not face two separate depositions in the Theresa Miller murder case. Currently, the defendants in the case, Michael Jamey Miller and Terry Tobias Cobbins, Jr., have two different sets of defense attorneys. Bull says it would be unfair for his witnesses to face depositions on the same subject material from two separate sets of defense attorneys. Bull is seeking a protective order to compel the defense attorneys in the case to depose the witnesses at the same time. The motion will be ruled upon sometime next week. The trial for Miller is scheduled for September 20. Cobbin’s trial is scheduled for October 18.
