Two 20-year-old Knoxville men facing separate sexual abuse charges both pled guilty in Marion County District Court Friday morning. Jamie DeHeer of Knoxville was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to lascivious acts with a child. DeHeer apologized in front of the court for his actions, and will spend 10 years on parole and on the sex offender registry following his release from prison.

Richard Jones, Jr., of Knoxville, pled guilty to third-degree sexual abuse Friday morning. Jones was arrested in April for having sex with a 15-year-old girl. Jones will be sentenced Friday, August 19 at 9:30 am.
