Funeral services for Shirley Vance age 73 of Tracy will be Monday July 11th at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville. Burial will be in the Bellefountaine Cemetery in Tracy. Visitation will begin Sunday afternoon at Williams Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2-4pm. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials made to the Shirley Vance Memorial Fund. Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
