Knoxville Hospital & Clinics is offering a Safe Sitter babysitting course next Tuesday and Wednesday. The course is available to boys and girls ages 11-13. The program teaches the pre-teens basic child care skills such as diapering and feeding. Safe Sitter also offers tips about what to do in potentially dangerous situations, such as when a stranger comes to the door or deciding when and how to call for help. The course lasts two days, going from 9am-3pm on Tuesday and Wednesday. To register, call Heather Cook at 641-842-1517.
