Dallas Center-Grimes jumped on Knoxville early and often last night and defeated the Panthers 12-0 in baseball. The game was called after five innings due to the run rule as the Mustangs scored three in the first…three more in the second, one in the third, and five in the fourth inning. Knoxville was only able to get a base runner to third one time. Coach Steve Mott said it was a matter of D-C-G bringing the big bats to the game. Justin Katich took the loss going an inning and a third. Knoxville drops to 12-15 on the season and will play a makeup double header at Norwalk on Monday.
