The Marion County Board of Supervisors met in regular session yesterday morning. At the meeting, they approved the Certificate of Engineer that work had been substantially completed on the new Marion County Public Health building, but still brought up some points of concern. They include issues with drainage and roofing. Tim Teig, which Snyder and Associates, the engineering firm in charge of the project, told the board that he would ensure the construction company would complete work on these points of concern. The board also named Lisa Shives and Jeff Anderson as co-coordinators of the Marion County Safety Committee.
