Twin Cedars has cleared the first three hurdles in the class 1A postseason. Tonight’s hurdle may seem like a mountain as the Sabers meet up with Martensdale St. Mary’s for a spot at the State Tournament. Twin Cedars is coming into the game with a 12-21 record while Martensdale St. Mary’s record is unblemished at 40-0. With a win the Sabers would get their second state tournament appearance in school history. The last time was in 2003 when the Sabers oddly enough played Martensdale St. Mary’s in the first round of the state tournament. The game is in Indianola tonight at seven.
