A new Iowa law is aimed at keeping high school athletes safe. Randy Wilson, athletic director at Knoxville High School, says the new law helps educate athletes and coaches as to when an athlete should be pulled from a competition because of a head injury. It also requires a doctor appointment and approval before the athlete can start playing again. Wilson will go over the law in more detail tonight at a parent-student meeting tonight at the Knoxville High School gym at 7pm.
