Arraignment for Keith Retzlaff has been scheduled for 9:30 Friday morning. The 33-year-old Knoxville man has been charged with first degree theft after he allegedly stole more than $10,000 from the Knoxville McDonalds where he worked. Marion County Court documents state that security tapes show Retzlaff making hundreds of fraudulent customer refunds from January to July of this year. He’s also been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, Retzlaff could face up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
