Mark Dobmeier won the second night of the 51st Annual Goodyear Knoxville Nationals on Thursday Night. Dobmeier passed World of Outlaws points leader Jason Meyers about halfway through and held on for the win. Meyers woudl finsih sedcond with Brian Brown, Lance Dewease, and Jason Johnson completeing the top five.
