IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO SIXTEEN CALLS FOR SERVICE, including but not limited to one report of found dog, one report of a reckless driver, one property damage accident, one personal injury accident, one report of theft, one business alarm, one intoxicated person, one open door, two civil issues, two motorist assists, two vehicle unlocks, and two reports of harassment.

THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING TWENTY NINE SUBJECTS.

IN THE PAST TWENTY FOUR HOURS FOUR SUBJECTS WERE BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL;
Nathan Lee Hoover charged with public intoxication.
Andrew Lee Christensen charged with public intoxication.
Khristofer Michael Oksa charged with public intoxication.
Christopher Joseph Duffield charged with criminal mischief 3rd degree.
AS WITH ANY CRIMINAL CASE, A CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND A DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL AND UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY
