As summer winds down, activity at Central College is beginning to pick up. Rachel Vogel with Central Communications says fall athletes will be moving into their new homes over the next week, followed by first year students on the 20th. Several welcoming events are planned for that week, which is capped off by the Opening Convocation on the 25th of August. The Convocation is a Central Community event that kicks off the academic year. Classes at Central begin on the 24th.
