A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Friday in Marion County Court for Aubrey Bailey III of Newton. Bailey was charged in March with two counts of 2nd degree theft, one count of 2nd degree burglary and one count of 3rd degree burglary in connection with hog thefts in the area. The hearing is at 10:30 am at the Marion County Courhouse.
