A Newton man has been sentenced to no more than ten years in prison after being found guilty of theft and burglary in connection with hog thefts earlier this year. Aubrey Bailey III was sentenced yesterday in Marion County Court to five years for 2nd degree theft and no more than ten years for 2nd degree burglary. Those sentences will be served concurrently. Bailey has been ordered to pay$1,700 in fines and just under $1,800 in restitution.
