The Knoxville Municipal Airport is hosting their annual fly-in/drive-in breakfast this morning from 7-11am. Small aircraft from across the Midwest will be flying in to show off their planes. Airport Manager Dan Van Donselaar says that there will be plenty of family-friendly entertainment, such as a rock wall, ferris wheel, a petting zoo, and more. The Iowa Military Aviation Museum from Ankeny will have some aviation artifacts on site. Breakfast costs $5 per person, and includes biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, coffee, and juice.
