Keith Retzlaff pled guilty last week to first degree theft in Marion County District Court. The Knoxville man was arrested in August after he made hundreds of fraudulent customer refunds earlier this year at the Knoxville McDonalds where he worked. Security tapes show Retzlaff making these refunds with no customers present before throwing away the receipt tapes. The theft totaled over $10,000. Retzlaff will be sentenced on December 2nd at 9:30 in Marion County District Court. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
