During this week’s City Council meeting in Pella, Public Works Director Denny Buyert reported on the progress of the North Main Construction Project. He says crews have had a good couple weeks, with mostly cooperative weather. About two-thirds of the driveways in Phase Two have been finished. Pavement removal on Phase Four has just been completed, and he anticipates paving that stretch will begin in 8-10 working days.
